The subject of the contract is the removal (towing) of vehicles from the roads of the Pruszków poviat pursuant to Article 130a of the Act of 20 June 1997 - Road Traffic Law and the Regulation of the Minister of Internal Affairs and Administration of 22 June 2011 on the removal of vehicles whose use may threaten road safety or order or hinder the conduct of rescue operations, running a guarded parking lot for the above-mentioned vehicles and dismantling vehicles for which the court ruled forfeiture to the county.

The removal service is carried out in continuous motion, i.e. 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Removal of vehicles from the road in the cases specified in Article 130a(1) and (2) of the Road Traffic Law and their acceptance into the parking lot is carried out on the basis of an instruction to remove the vehicle, which is issued by a police officer, municipal (municipal) guard or a person conducting a rescue operation.
