The tender includes roof waterproofing and plumbing work for the extension of the ward block on levels KG to 3rd floor as well as the extension of the functional area on level 4 at St. Agnes Hospital in Bocholt.

The following areas are affected by the construction measures:

KG = technical floor

EG = Cafeteria

1.OG = Station 4

2.OG = Station 7

3.OG = Station 10

4th floor = increase pulmonology

The construction site is located in the city area of 46397 Bocholt-Rhede, Barloer Weg 125. The construction work must be carried out during ongoing hospital operations.

Roof waterproofing and plumbing work includes the following services:

- Demolition of flat roof: approx. 990 m²

- Total roof areas with bitumen waterproofing membranes, including insulation: Approx. 1,680 m²

- Fall protection, ride-over cable system, concrete: 3 pieces

- Fall protection, flat roof railings: approx. 28 m

- Aluminium parapet cover: approx. 425 m

- Concrete slab covering for roof terraces: approx. 183 m²

- Concrete slab covering for maintenance work: Approx. 27 m²
