1. The order relates to the supply of equipment of school studios for the study of occupations and includes three partial orders:

— partial order No 1: equipment of an innovative welding process simulation studio,

— Partial Order No 2: Equipment of the innovative Automotive Studio

— partial order No. 3: retrofitting modern construction studios.

2. Deliveries will be carried out on working days from 8.00 to 15.00 to the bitter educational establishments indicated in the SWZ.

3. The Contractor shall provide instructions for the operation of the machine/equipment.

4. The Contractor shall submit the necessary documents for the registration of the technical device in the relevant supply location of the UDT branch, including an application for examination of the equipment subject to technical surveillance, together with the necessary attachments ( two sets of device documentation (in Polish) for each of the notified devices.
