Kiinteistö Oy Auroranlinna is asking for tenders for the acquisition of digital staircase display boards for its properties in the eastern and western regions of Helsinki as a service. Auroranlinna intends to introduce staircase information boards in its residential properties in a staggered manner to improve resident communication and targeted information by site.
The target of the acquisition is the digital staircase displays and related software of residential properties managed by Kiinteistö OY Auroranlinna as a service.
-Service commissioning, installation work and additional configuration work, are not included in the monthly price of the service and are separately charged according to the actual amount.
-The service includes all devices, connections, servers and software related to the service as a service for which a monthly service price (€/month/pc) can be calculated.
-The media player that controls the display locally must be a free-to-buy (WebOs) device.
-The service must have a ready-made interface to Tampuuri (e.g. update of personal data, bulletins) and a batch operation for updating data as a mass run or a site-specific batch update.
The service must be divided into two different areas for properties Western and Eastern areas (appendix file areas east and west), where the maintenance companies of the sites can produce and update part of the staircase display (also on a site-by-site basis) display.
Kiinteistö oy Auroranlinna has approximately 4300 non-subsidised rental apartments in different parts of Helsinki, as well as in one location in Kirkkonummi.
In the target areas of East and West, different property maintenance companies operate. In total, there are about 80 sites.
Area east (east side of Vantaanjoki, own maintenance company). Building number 145 pcs, number of stairs approx. 118 pcs, Apartments about 2,000 pcs
Area west (west side of Vantaanjoki, own maintenance company). Building number 150 pcs, number of stairs approx. 110 pcs, Apartments about 2,300 pcs
The aim is to implement the service in properties comprehensively enough (e.g. there is no evidence for block houses) and the schedule for the commissioning of properties covered by it is two (2) years.

The offer must include a price list of separately charged services related to the Supplier's service package.
Auroranlinna intends to introduce staircase information boards in its residential properties in a staggered manner to improve resident communication and targeted information by site.
Basic staircase displays and their additional features are required, such as integration, batch updates, and a mobile user interface. The service can be integrated into the property management system used by Auroranlinna and it must also support batch runs in updates. The day-to-day management of the staircase displays is under the control of Auroranlinna, other technical management and maintenance is the responsibility of the supplier.
