In order to ensure adequate transport services, the administrative district of Alzey-Worms, the district of Bad Dürkheim, the Donnersbergkreis, the district of Kaiserslautern, the Rhein-Pfalz-Kreis, the city of Frankenthal, the city of Ludwigshafen am Rhein and the city of Worms, acting through their awarding body Zweckverband Verkehrsverbund Rhein-Neckar (ZRN), represented by Verkehrsverbund Rhein-Neckar GmbH, intend to act through their awarding body Zweckverband Verkehrsverbund Rhein-Neckar GmbH, for the quality and quantity described in the enclosed contract documents. Bundles of routes in local bus passenger transport (BPNV) compensation and an exclusive right within the framework of a public service contract within the meaning of Regulation 1370/2007 (concession contract) to award by means of a competitive procedure.
The subject matter of this award shall be necessary to ensure adequate transport services.
Local bus passenger transport services (BPNV) are the responsibility of the concessionaires.

• Line 454 Grünstadt – (Höningen) – Altleiningen – Carlsberg- Hettenleidelheim – Eisenberg
• Line 455 Grünstadt – Bockenheim – Ebertsheim - Eisenberg
• Line 457 Grünstadt – Hettenleidelheim – Eisenberg - Enkenbach
• Line 460: Grünstadt – Kircheim – Großkarlbach – Dirmstein – Frankenthal (- BASF)
• Line 461: Grünstadt –Obersülzen – Großkarlbach – Gerolsheim – Dirmstein – Frankenthal (- BASF)
