Outsourcing of billing and patient payment reminders

- the purpose of the market is the outsourcing of "patient billing". This includes formatting, printing and sending patient invoices and reminders;

- the invoices will be of the hospitalization / fixed day, ambulatory and convention types for the attention of patients with / without a model D certificate (certificate of care given);

- reminders are classic reminders (not specific to hospitals).
