The aim is to create a cultural, social and recreational facility accessible to all within the Cachan campus and at the confluence of the various surrounding residential districts. It will be built on 2 levels with:
- On the ground floor: meeting spaces for the general public: bar, prestothèque, entertainment area:
Mini-Stage/Cabaret/Stage, multivalent room...,
- Upstairs: workspaces intended for work
administrative and the creation of citizen projects:
Meeting rooms, fablabs, offices...
The total usable area provided for by the programme is:
- 790 m2 of usable area,
- 690 m2 of outdoor spaces,
