Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells NHS Trust is a large acute 862 beded Trust. Consisting of 2 hospitals. Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells Hospital. Providing a full range of general hospital services and specialist cancer care. The new PFI Hospital has been constructed on the existing Pembury Hospital site and will provide all inpatient accommodation in single rooms making it the first NHS acute hospital of its kind in the UK.
