Total estimated energy consumption [kWh] in the period from 01.01.2024 to 31.12.2024r. is 1 304 788 kWh. The material scope of the subject of the contract covered by this procedure is determined by the description of the subject of the contract (Annex to the SWZ) together with the list of the contracting authority's objects covered by the subject of the contract, constituting an integral part of this tender specification.

The value of the energy actually purchased may differ from the declared and will depend on the actual demand of the Ordering Party, and the Ordering Party will not suffer any consequences in this respect. The electricity demand and the value of the purchase of energy are only estimated values.

Note: Bearing in mind the Air Quality Plan for the Malopolska Region - RESOLUTION NO. XXV/373/20 of the Malopolska Regional Assembly of September 28, 2020. Action 1. Reducing low emissions and improving energy efficiency obliges the contractor to indicate in the offer form in what part of the electricity supplied to public utility buildings owned by the municipality will come from renewable sources, and the contractor with whom the contract will be signed undertakes to submit a certified guarantee of origin of electricity at the latest on the day of conclusion of the contract.
