The subject of the tender is a software for the IT control center, which is connected to the existing (and future) monitoring tools and IT systems in kubus IT.
The aim is to combine the information, alerts and events of the existing monitoring tools and the IT systems of kubus IT in one software. This association is to be accompanied by a central and uniform alerting system. In the future, the collected and collected data will provide the basis for service-oriented monitoring and enable reporting.
The contractor owes the following services, which are described in more detail in the tender documents:
- Provision of licenses for monitoring software with the required functions, in particular integrated alarm solution for 3 years
- Installation and integration (professional / organizational and technical) of the software
- Provision of non-standardized additional required hardware/software
- Maintenance: Software releases and support of the software, maintenance
- Training of the client's employees
