The subject of the order is the delivery of 2 EDM machines (wire and plunge) with CNC control, together with assembly, installation and start-up of devices.

A detailed technical description and requirements in the scope of the subject of the order are included in Annex 1 to the Specification of the Essential Terms of the Order (hereinafter "SIWZ").

The subject of the order is the delivery of two EDM machines with CNC control:

1) wirewound - 1 piece;

2) downhole - 1 item

The subject of the contract also includes delivery at the cost and risk of the contractor, assembly, installation and commissioning of equipment, including the performance of all necessary operations enabling:

• checking the operating parameters to confirm compliance of the delivery with the Employer's requirements.

• independent operation of the equipment by the Employer's designated staff,

• execution of test details by the Employer's staff, under the supervision of the contractor.
