The purpose of this framework agreement is to entrust an insurance professional with the placement of 100% risks, the management of SEMMARIS' policies and claims as well as an advisory and support mission.

The benefits are reserved for insurance organizations or companies and their intermediaries authorized to present insurance operations in accordance with the Insurance Code.

The framework agreement is single-awarded at fixed and unit prices involving the issue of purchase orders on the basis of unit prices.

The framework agreement is concluded without a guaranteed minimum in terms of amount and quantity but with a maximum amount of € 960,000 excluding VAT over the total duration of the contract
