The purpose of this contract is to provide cleaning services for industrial buildings and tertiary buildings (offices, company canteens, etc.) of the Aube Storage Centre (CSA) of its railway terminal (TF) and the Industrial Centre for Grouping, Warehousing and Storage (Cires) located in the Aube department, about 60 km from Troyes.

The scope of the contract includes:

• Cleaning of buildings and premises (floors, walls, glazing, frames, doors and furnishing objects),

• The disposal of cleaning waste and the contents of waste paper in the appropriate containers set up on site,

• Maintenance of the surroundings of buildings (collection of rubbish, emptying of ashtrays, sweeping of terraces according to necessity, etc ...).
