the waste concerned comes from the waste disposal facilities of the Territory, the municipal technical services. The municipal sectors concerned by this contract are: Coubron, Clichy-Sous-Bois, Gagny, Le Raincy, Livry-Gargan, Neuilly-Plaisance, Neuilly-Sur-Marne, Noisy-Le-Grand, Les Pavillons-Sous-Bois, Rosny-Sous-Bois, Vaujours and Villemomble. The municipalities of Gournay-Sur-Marne and Montfermeil are not included in the scope of this framework agreement. Indeed, the competence "management of household and similar waste" of these two municipalities is managed by the Joint Association for the Removal and Treatment of Household Waste (Sietrem). The description of the services and their specifications are indicated in the Special Technical Clauses (Cctps) specific to each lot

The rubble waste to be treated for this batch is:- clean rubble, inert waste: any waste that does not undergo any significant physical, chemical or biological modification, does not decompose, burn, does not produce any physical or chemical reaction, is not biodegradable and does not deteriorate the materials with which it comes into contact in a way that is likely to cause damage to the environment or human health. (source: Art. R541-8 of the Environmental Code); - soiled rubble: presence of DIB (common industrial waste); - plaster: plasterboard, tiles, honeycomb partitions. - dIB: ordinary industrial waste. The candidate is invited to list the materials authorized in each category (clean rubble, inert waste; soiled rubble; plaster, Dib) and to indicate the accepted impurity rate. In case of downgrading to soiled rubble and DIB, the services of the EPT must be informed as soon as possible by email with photograph in support.the dumpsters will come mainly from:- the waste disposal of Livry-Gargan (60 rue de Vaujours, 93190 Livry Gargan); - the waste disposal of Pavillons-Sous-Bois (67 allée du Colonel Fabien, 93320 Les Pavillons-Sous-Bois); - the waste disposal of Vaujours (Route de Courtry, 93410 Vaujours) ;- municipal technical services of Livry-Gargan, Vaujours, Les Pavillons-Sous-Bois, Coubron, Le Raincy, Clichy-Sous-Bois.Il is possible that other skips may come from other sites in the territory of GPGE during the execution of the contract
