The subject of the contract is: "Supervision over the execution of works and management of the Contract entitled Extension of national road No. 22 on the section Zblewo - Sucumin".

The subject of the contract includes in particular:

- management, investor supervision and control over the implementation of works until the date of issuance of the final payment;

- verification of the design documentation, its completeness, reciprocal compliance, verification of the results of conducting control calculations in order to find possible errors;

- conducting information activities related to the implementation of the project and cooperation in this regard with the Contracting Authority;

- Providing Investor Supervision services on the implementation of construction works and participation in warranty reviews and supervising the removal of possible defects/defects identified in warranty reviews within the framework of the concluded Contract;

- Support of the Ordering Party as a loyal and conscientious advisor in all activities related to the implementation of the Task;

- supervising works within the scope of tasks necessary to perform works arising during the performance of the Contract – granted pursuant to the Public Procurement Law;

- constant monitoring, conducting and settling of matters related to proper performance by the Contractor, construction works.

Estimated value of the contract above 140 000 euros.
