NRK is an organisation in continual development in order to be able to respond to the public's changing needs. As described above, we will work more in multidisciplinary temas that work in frequent learning cycles in close contact with the public, and that use data and insight to measure and decide what improvements shall be made.
We will strengthen the cooperation between departments and divisions, and aim to develop organisation structures and systems that support this way of working. There is also an expressed desire to reduce the complexity and increase the flexibility in the organisation. We will, thus, develop the organisation - both culturally and structurally in the direction of a more flexible organisation. We ned consultants who can assist NRK in these types of management and organisation development processes.

NRK will develop the total management in NRK through:
Targeted joint development that supports the goals in the organisation strategy.
Clear expectations for joint leadership, team management and to the individual managers.
Relevant learning processes both on organisation, group and individual levels.
The development measures will be aimed at both the joint management, management groups, and each individual manager, and will include both standardised and tailor-made processes. The measures are aimed at managers on all levels in the organisation. Relevant themes are ownership to strategy and joint goals, management of team managers' personnel development, and management skills. The consultants must handle management development that is closely connected to the general development work in NRK, in line with the direction described above. In addition we will also need support that is connected to difficult cases, conflict management, and general management support.
The aim is to establish between 3-5 parallel framework agreements.
