1) The provision of services for the collection and management of municipal waste, arising on the premises of inhabited and non-inhabited properties, where municipal waste is created within the Municipality of Nędza, in a way that ensures adequate levels of preparation for reuse are achieved and recycling of municipal waste and limiting the mass of biodegradable municipal waste transferred to storage,

2) Equipment inhabited properties and properties on which residents do not reside, and municipal waste is created, within the Municipality of Misery with bags to collect waste.

3) Establish, organize and conduct a point for selective collection of municipal waste.

1. The provision of services for the collection and management of municipal waste arising on the premises of inhabited and non-inhabited properties where municipal waste is created in the Municipality of Nędza, in a way that ensures adequate levels of preparation for reuse are achieved and recycling of municipal waste and limiting the mass of biodegradable municipal waste transferred to storage, according to the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on the maintenance of cleanliness and order in municipalities (i.e., Journal of Laws of 2021, item 888, as amended), the provisions of the Plan for Economy Waste for the Silesian Voivodeship 2016-2022, as well as the provisions of the Rules of Procedure and Order in the Municipality of Nędza and the rules laid down in the Municipal Council Resolution on determining the detailed manner and scope of the provision of services for the reception of municipal waste from property owners and development of this waste in exchange for a fee paid by the property owner for the management of municipal waste.

2.Equipment of inhabited properties and properties on which residents do not reside, and municipal waste is created, in the Municipality of Misery with bags for collection of waste labelled according to the provisions of the Rules of Maintenance and Order in the Municipality of Nędza and with the rules as defined in the Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of 29 December 2016 on the detailed method of selective collection of selected waste fractions (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2019 item 2028).

3. Establish, organise and conduct a point for selective collection of municipal waste.
