1. The object of the order is to perform periodic repair at the 5th maintenance level with upgrading and reviewing at the 3rd level of maintenance of 14 609A passenger wagons.

2. The procurement procedure shall be conducted in an unlimited tender procedure under the Law of 11 September 2019 — Public Procurement Law (i.e., OJ 2021, item 1129 as amended), hereinafter referred to as the “Pzp Act” or “Pzp”.

3. This order is a sector order.

1. Periodic repair at the 5th maintenance level with upgrading and reviewing at the 3rd level of maintenance of 14 609A passenger wagons.

2. The Contracting Authority shall require periodic repair at the 5th maintenance level with the upgrading of all wagons covered by the contract, not later than 18 months from the date of award of the contract, and the implementation of a revision at the 3rd level of maintenance of all wagons not later. than within 18 months of the completion of the periodic repair at the 5th maintenance level with the upgrading of all wagons.

3. The Contracting Authority requires a periodic repair at the 5th maintenance level with the upgrading of one wagon (the time of the station wagon under repair with the upgrade) within a period of not more than 70 calendar days.

4. The Contracting Authority requires periodic repair at the 5th maintenance level with the modernization of the first wagon (the time of the wagon under repair with the upgrade) within a period of no more than 280 calendar days.

5. The review of each carriage shall be carried out within a period of not more than 14 calendar days (the time of the wagon in the review).
