Hordaland County, represented by the City Railway Development, henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authority, shall initiate the construction of the City Railway construction stage 3 between Rådal and Flesland in 2013.

It is expected that during the agreement period further construction stages for the City Railway in Bergen shall be initiated. In connection with this, framework agreements shall be entered into for hourly services within project and construction management, land acquisition, security counselling, etc., in such a way that the City Railway Development is provided sufficient access to resources in addition to the at all time available construction management resources within the organisation.

Based on the complexity in the construction works executed in the former construction stages, the Awarding Authority may require services for more special fields. Framework agreement shall be entered into with minimum 3 service providers for each subject area. See the tender documents for further information.
