Urban and operational project management mission for the housing estates of the Belle Étoile development operation in Carquefou (44).

Regulatory and operational, urban and landscape studies aimed at operational monitoring from design to completion of a development project based on activity zone programming only.

The mission will relate to the realization of all the regulatory studies, studies on the whole of the sites then the operational implementation and the development in the form of planning permission.

Urban and operational project management mission: the team must have the following skills:

- architecture / town planning;

- VRD infrastructure engineering;

- landscape;

- steering and coordination;

- hydraulic / water law.

The following issues should be taken into account:

- an organization around development permits served by a public road network to be requalified by the community (allée des Sapins in Carquefou);

- a program of activity packages to be calibrated according to the needs identified to date and those of the market, with a reflection on the innovative typologies in activity zones;

- a search for land optimization, scalability in the accessibility of plots, pooling of spaces;

- an issue of creating soft connections with the activity sectors already present and making it possible to link this large activity district to the service areas or existing habitats.

Cost of VRD works: 1,400,000 EUR.

Cost of landscape works: 150,000 EUR.
