Kortrijk is looking for a provider for:

• a digital TV and TV hospitality solution via IPTV that is primarily intended for the new WZC Sint-Jozef, which is part of the Care Department of the City of Kortrijk.

• renting, configuring, delivering, installing, commissioning and maintaining hospitality TV sets and signage screens for the new WZC Sint-Jozef. For the evaluation of the quotations, we assume 140 hospitality TVs and 15 signage screens.

TV is an important element in the living environment of the residents in the residential care centers. We note that the TV set is no longer just a one-way medium through which TV channels offer content. Technology allows facilities to offer content to residents and staff to communicate, ...

The provider's proposal incorporates these new technological possibilities, is user-friendly for residents and managers, and has a unburdening effect for the same resident and the nursing home.

The assignment is understood as a framework contract from which in the first place our other residential care centers, but also other services of the City and OCMW Kortrijk during the term of the assignment, can purchase.
