North Lanarkshire Leisure Ltd seeks to enter a term partnership Contract with a competent contractor to deliver leading edge health and fitness solutions for customers covering a range of 18 facilities, which include, but will not be restricted to:

— The Tryst Sports Centre, Cumbernauld;

— Wishaw Sports Centre;

— Shotts Leisure Centre;

— Airdrie Leisure Centre;

— The Aquatec Leisure Centre, Motherwell;

— Ravencraig National and Regional Sports Facility, Motherwell;

— Broadwood Leisure Centre, Cumbernauld;

— The Sir Matt Busby Sports Centre, Bellshill; and

— The Time Capsule, Coatbridge.

The successful contractor will be required to include for:

— Full range of fitness equipment;

— 5 year warranty and service maintenance agreement;

— Maintenance and service support;

— Gym design and planning;

— Marketing and promotions;

— Financial services;

— Quality assurance;

— Training and development opportunities (e-learning);

— Equipment functionality;

— Member management and retention;

— Member entertainment systems;

— Trainer guide to exercise prescription and monitoring;

— User guide to exercise;

— Interior design;

— Exercise recording applications systems to support health improvement outcomes; and

— Project management.
