1) Waste with the code 20 02 01 will be prepared by the ordering party for collection in a loose form.
2) The Ordering Party reserves that the waste may contain plastic bags in its composition - a waste collection system at source (bags, containers).
3) Waste covered by this contract must be transported and then managed in installations that have decisions allowing the treatment of this waste, in a manner consistent with applicable law.
4) The Contractor shall carry out the waste collection service using its own means of transport on working days from 07:00 to 17:00.
5) Waste collection by the contractor will take place in consultation with the contracting authority.
6) The Contractor shall inform the Contracting Authority no later than one day before the collection of waste, via e-mail or telephone, about the registration number of the vehicle in which the collected waste will be transported and shall indicate the name and surname of the driver of this vehicle, the BDO number of both the transferee and the transporter and the number of the place of business.
7) The Contractor shall collect waste by means of transport enabling loading with the Ordering Party's equipment, the maximum height of the side of the semi-trailer not exceeding 4.2 m, counting from the ground.
8) Weighing of waste collected by the contractor will be carried out using the scale of the ordering party with a legalization certificate, located on the premises of RZZO.
9) Upon handing over waste to the contractor by the contracting authority, all benefits and burdens associated with them and the risk of accidental loss or damage shall pass to the contractor.
The order is divided into 8 parts:
1) part 1 covers the collection, transport and management of biodegradable waste with code 20 02 01 in a maximum amount up to 500 Mg,
2) part 2 covers the collection, transport and management of biodegradable waste with code 20 02 01 in a maximum amount up to 500 Mg,
