This contract concerns the renewal of the computer park of the Municipality and the CPAS of Colfontaine for a period of five years.
The contract is divided into six lots:
- lot 1 "provision of computer equipment";
- lot 2 "Office 365 electronic mail system and license";
- lot 3 "printer - photocopier";
- lot 4 “fast printer for counters”;
- lot 5 "double-sided document scanner";
- lot 6 "plotter".

TracerThe deadline for supply and commissioning is 30.6.2021 for material for the Municipality.
Regarding the CPAS, the equipment must be installed and put into service on 30.9.2022.
Since the contract is leased and the equipment ordered can be depreciated over a period of five years, it is appropriate to match the duration of the contract to the depreciation period.
The duration of the contract is therefore extended to five years.
