The procurement includes the picking and delivery of groceries to customers in the home care service in Tingsryd's urban area, as well as the provision of electronic ordering of groceries where orders can be made. Care recipients refer to people who have been granted assistance decisions for support in the purchase of groceries in Tingsryd's urban area.

The tenderer must provide a complete solution with electronic ordering, picking and packing of goods, payment and delivery of goods to the care recipient's home.

The care recipients decide for themselves which goods to order and pay for their own goods. The care recipients are assisted by the client's staff to carry out the orders. The municipality pays for picking/delivery, while groceries are paid for by the care recipient via the tenderer's provided solution. Electronic ordering can be solutions such as webshop, email or phone.

Scope of assignments:

Today, there are about 36 care recipients with an approved assistance decision for support in the purchase of groceries who use the service. The norm is purchases once a week per care recipient. The delivery addresses are located within the urban area of Tingsryd. The scope of the assignment can be both reduced and increased.

The ceiling volume for the framework agreement is 90 simultaneous care recipients during the contract period. The ceiling volume should not be confused with the estimated scope of the procurement. When the ceiling volume for the agreement has been reached, it expires.

The procurement will result in a framework agreement for successive call-offs of the total need during the contract period.

Option:

The client has the opportunity to connect the leisure activity Mullvaden to the current agreement for future food purchases. The tenderer must provide a complete solution with electronic ordering, picking and packing of goods, payment and delivery of goods for leisure activities. The municipality pays for picking/delivery and groceries via invoice.
