revision of two plans for the protection of the atmosphere in the Grand Est region: Nancy (Meurthe-et-Moselle) and the three valleys (Metz-Thionville, Moselle) agglomerations

the revision of two plans for the protection of the atmosphere in the Grand Est region, in the agglomerations of Nancy (54) and Metz-Thionville (57).

For each mission (one territory per mission), the incumbent tasks include:

- a strategic and animation component integrated into the dynamics of the project.

- a technical production component concerning the preparation and drafting of the draft PPP
