This procurement exercise is broken up into 2 different lots across the following 3 sites. Each of the 3 sites will be delivered under a separate JCT Design and Build 2016 contract. Lot 1 consists of: Home Park — Winchfield Road, Sydenham, SE26 5TH and Mayfield — Burnt Ash Hill, Lee, SE12 0AE.
