1. The subject of the contract is the successive delivery of baubles with the PG logo and pins for organizational units of the Gdańsk University of Technology.

3. The order was divided into two lots:

a) delivery of baubles with the PG logo,

b) delivery of PINS.

5. Detailed quantities of the subject of the contract for individual parts are specified in the material and price form constituting Annex 3 to the SWZ.

6. The Contractor is obliged to perform the contract on the terms and conditions described in the model contract constituting Annex 5 SWZ.

7. The Contracting Authority guarantees the Contractor the performance of deliveries with a value of not less than 70% of the value indicated in § 4 clause 1 of the contract.

8. The contracting authority does not require the contractor to perform key tasks personally.

9. The Contractor may entrust the performance of part of the contract to a subcontractor.
