PRIOR KNOWLEDGE
The evaluation values good knowledge and experience of different plant types and makes, as well as good knowledge and experience of some or all of the following tasks:
Design
Work with permit issues, referral opinion, right of way, etc.
Electrical engineering calculations.
Investigation, network planning, technical and economic feasibility studies.
Electrical design, design and preparation in electricity distribution facilities, including low- and high-voltage switchgear, transformers, remote control systems, relay protection and customer connections of various kinds, wind turbines, solar cells, etc.
Electrical design of low- and high-voltage grids and substations.
Preparation of enquiry documents and system description.
Qualified electrical engineering project assistant.
Consultant must have valid BAS-P certificate
Consultant must documented training in ESA
Maintenance
Project management.
A consultant must have knowledge of and work according to EBR.
Driver's license is required.
Inspection.
The consultant shall be responsible for tools and vehicles.
Documented education and documented experience of working with electricity networks (distribution networks).

Land and construction
Drainage
A consultant must be able to independently carry out inspections of soil drainage for a building. A consultant should be able to perform stormwater investigation with dimensioning of delay reservoirs, etc. Consultant should have experience from AMA descriptions for drainage.
Guided drilling
Consultants should be able to develop drill profiles for guided drilling themselves. Be able to handle existing pipes and protection distances, soil depth, major roads, etc. and be able to plan how the drilling will be carried out in purely practical terms. The consultant should be able to provide a cost estimate for the drilling.
GEO-technical surveys
A consultant must have relevant education in the field or equivalent experience. Documented experience of being able to report geotechnical field investigations and other field information.
Construction strength
The consultant should be able to perform calculations on piercing/weakening and point loads on both new and existing structures. A consultant should be able to develop measures in the event of weakening of structures.
Magnetfältsutredning
A consultant should be able to perform magnetic vehicle calculations and measurements. Consultants should be able to develop solutions to address magnetic field problems.
Ventilation
A consultant should be able to design ventilation solutions for operating rooms and be able to perform inspections of existing systems.
Trafikingenjör
Consultants should be able to develop TA plans and traffic management plans in both urban environments and over large areas. Be able to produce cost estimates according to AMA descriptions.
