The procedure concerns the assignment of the environmental monitoring service Ante Operam, in Progress, Post Operam of the atmosphere, surface water, groundwater, soil, noise, vibrations, ecosystem and landscape components of the variant of the S.P. 2 "Trivulzia" in the Municipality of Samolaco (SO) between Ponte Nave and Ponte S. Pietro

The procedure concerns the assignment of the service of:

a) Ante Operam environmental monitoring of the atmosphere, surface water, groundwater, soil, noise, vibration, ecosystem and landscape components;

b) environmental monitoring during construction of the components atmosphere, surface water, groundwater, soil, noise, vibrations, ecosystem and landscape;

c) Post Operam environmental monitoring of the components atmosphere, surface water, groundwater, soil, noise, vibrations, ecosystem and landscape;

of the variant of the S.P. 2 "Trivulzia" in the Municipality of Samolaco (SO) between Ponte Nave and Ponte S. Pietro as well as better detailed and regulated, in content and timing, in the Special Tender Specifications (hereinafter also "CSA") and in the environmental monitoring plan (hereinafter also PMA). The Province carried out the Ante Operam phase reserves the right not to proceed with the subsequent monitoring phases if, for completely unforeseeable reasons, the execution of the works does not take place.

The duration of the service, indicatively as better regulated by the CSA, is 9 months for the A.O. phase, 24 months for the O.C. phase and 24 months for the P.O. phase. The Province, pursuant to art. 8, c. 1 lett. a) of Law no. 120/2020, reserves the right to immediately start the execution of the service, even during the contract.
