The district hospital in Wolgast is a hospital with around 180 beds for basic and standard care in Eastern Western Pomerania. It consists of a system of several buildings around a connected building complex with different uses. The planning of the fourth implementation phase deals with the renovation of the bed house on the ground floor, 1st floor, 2nd floor and the addition of an attic. Except for necessary adjustments, the basement is excluded.

The majority of the construction work was carried out from 2015 to 2017. The present tender deals with the outstanding renovation of the second floor of the west wing.
