Creation of an approvable, modular fire protection concept for the entire KKR site (EWN Entsorgungswerk for Nuclearanlagen GmbH, Rheinsberg plant), including planning services and updating of required fire protection documents, such as fire protection plans, escape and rescue route plans and fire brigade plans in accordance with tender documents.

2. task
For the EWN GmbH, BT Rheinsberg site, the following fire protection documents must be updated or created new, such as:
- fire protection concepts for every building,
- fire protection concept for the entire site,
- escape and escape plans for all buildings,
- fire protection plans,
- Fire brigade plans for all buildings
- Catalog of fire protection measures for the individual buildings
In addition to the valid building regulations, KTA 2101 (based on) must also be observed when preparing the necessary fire protection documents.
The construction of the fire protection concept for the entire site is to be modular; a sample/example will be provided to the planner.
The following individual services are to be performed:
- Creation of new fire protection concepts for buildings/underground structures, taking documents (3) and (4) into account in some cases,
updating existing fire plans (5),
updating existing escape route plans (6),
Creation of a catalog of fire protection measures for each building (list of structural and plant engineering conversion measures).
3. Planning services
The planning services may only be offered by approved specialist planners fire protection
In coordination with the client (AG), the existing documents (1) and (2) for the individual objects must be updated taking into account documents (3) and (4), i.e. the buildings/objects listed there must be adapted to the current state of knowledge. For buildings/objects for which no fire protection documents are available, these must be recreated to the extent necessary.
Furthermore, any necessary structural and/or fire protection changes to these buildings/objects must be described and justified.
As a result, a fire protection concept that can be approved must be handed over for each building and the site with the corresponding escape and rescue route plans and fire brigade plans. In addition, a catalog of fire protection measures must be drawn up for each building, which shows which structural and plant engineering conversion measures are required by the new fire protection concepts.
