Order description:

1.The subject of the contract is a service consisting in the development of design documentation for the construction of a sidewalk on Bogucianka Street from Walgierza Wdałego Street to Grodzisko Street as part of the task "Pavement construction program"

2. The Ordering Party has described the subject of the contract by means of the following attachments:

-PPU, i.e. Annex 2 to the SWZ,

-material scope, i.e. Annex 7 to the SWZ,

-result concept, i.e. Annex 14 to the SWZ.

3. The Contractor is obliged to provide: a minimum of 24 months, a maximum of 36 months of quality guarantee for the Subject of the contract (offers containing a warranty period shorter than 24 months will be rejected).

4. Term of the service: 17 months from the date of conclusion of the contract, including:

Stage I: – within 12 months from the date of conclusion of the contract,

Stage II:– within 5 months from the date of receipt of Stage I.

1. Description of the item of the order:

1) The subject of the contract is a service consisting in the development of design documentation for the construction of a sidewalk on Bogucianka Street from Walgierza Wdałego Street to Grodzisko Street as part of the task "Pavement construction program"

2) The Ordering Party described the subject of the contract with the following attachments:

a) the proposed provisions of the agreement constituting Annex 2 to the SWZ,

b) material scope, constituting Annex 7 to the SWZ,

c) the result concept constituting Annex 14 to the SWZ.

3) The Contractor is obliged to provide: a minimum of 24 months, a maximum of 36 months of quality guarantee for the Subject of the contract (offers containing a warranty period shorter than 24 months will be rejected).

4) Term of the service: 17 months from the date of conclusion of the contract, including:

Stage I: preparation and submission to the Contracting Authority of design documentation in accordance with the material scope together with the notification of initiation of the procedure for issuing a ZRID decision – within 12 months from the date of conclusion of the contract,

Stage II: obtaining and submitting to the Contracting Authority the final administrative decision permitting the implementation of the road investment together with the remaining design documentation in accordance with the material scope – within 5 months from the date of acceptance of Stage I.

5) The selected Contractor is obliged to implement the subject of the contract in accordance with the requirements set out in the Act of 11 January 2018 on electromobility and alternative fuels (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 2269, as amended). A detailed description of the requirements in this area can be found in the SWZ.

6) The Contracting Authority does not require submission of an offer after the on-site inspection and verification by the Contractor of the documents necessary for the performance of the contract available on site at the contracting authority.

7) Pursuant to Article 95(1) of the Public Procurement Law, the Contracting Authority shall not require the Contractor or Subcontractor to employ persons performing activities related to the performance of the contract on the basis of an employment relationship.
