The Centr'Habitat Public Housing Corporation wishes to designate a team of project authors for the real estate development of the Clos de l'Age d'Or site at 7100 Haine-St-Paul

The project aims, on the basis of an agreed mass plan, the construction of 49 dwellings and the landscaping of the enclosure.

Centr'Habitat wishes to develop a pilot project on this site that meets the challenges of "building differently": the studies will integrate an innovative response in terms of prefabricated construction systems, community management (energy/water/waste) and circular economy. The project authors will be expected to provide concrete and feasible solutions within the estimated budget.

To carry out this mission, the project author must gather, alone or in a team, the following skills:

• Architecture ;

•Stability;

• Special techniques and EPB;

•Landscape;

The selection process will take place in two stages (restricted procedure with European publication):

• A first selection will focus on the response to this contract notice; It will lead to the selection of a maximum of 5 candidates, based on evidence of their motivation and experience with regard to the mission and challenges of the project.

• The second step will involve the establishment of a bid by the 5 successful candidates.
