FCHO are looking to procure contractors through a DPS for an initial period of up to 12 months with options to extend (3 x 12 months) at the sole discretion of FCHO, to provide support to the in house maintenance and repairs teams covering the following work streams on an ‘as and when’ basis during periods of peak workload:
1) Responsive repairs;
2) Voids property works;
3) Ad-Hoc Investment works (component replacement i.e. kitchen, bathroom, doors and windows, rewires).
All suppliers invited to this opportunity have passed the minimum requirements of the Procurement Hub's Property Works DPS (‘OJEU’) reference number 2016/S 170-305523.
