The Ministries of Economic Affairs and Climate (EZK) and Defense challenge entrepreneurs to develop new products and services to achieve the goals of the Cybersecurity Knowledge and Innovation Cooperation Platform (Dcypher).
Within the framework of the mission driven top sector and innovation policy, the Cybersecurity mission of the Knowledge and Innovation Agenda (KIA) has chosen five priorities: Automated Security, (post quantum) Cryptography, IoT Security, Safe Behavior & Cyber Competencies and Chain Resilience & amp; Governance. With these and other themes, Dcypher aims to create more people, more expertise and more application to/of cybersecurity technology in the Netherlands. This approach focuses on thematic and chain-wide collaboration between universities, colleges, knowledge institutions, cybersecurity industry, end-users and government.
The Ministry of EZK provides a total budget of up to €150,000, - (including VAT) for Phase 1 of this SBIR. The maximum amount per feasibility study (phase 1) is €25,000 (including VAT).
For SBIR phase 2, up to €600,000, - (incl. VAT) is available, the maximum amount per project is €200,000, - (incl. VAT).
