NAV invites tenderers to an open tender competition regarding hearing and warning aids. The competition will comprise hearing and warning aids, accessories, spare parts and services. The competition is divided into several items (independent competitions). The tenderer can select to submit tender offers for 1 or more items.
Contracts will be signed for each item with a sufficient number of tenderers to cover the majority of the users' needs. There can, therefore, be variations from item to item regarding whether a framework agreement will be signed with 1 tenderer, or whether parallel framework agreements will be signed.
The contract period is 2 years from contract signing. The Contracting Authority has an option to extend all or parts of the agreement multiple times in a period of up to 2 years.
