It is expected that the Awarding Authority will enter into agreements with selected suppliers of damage repairs and modification assignments for rolling stock.

The objective of the agreement is to ensure the Awarding Authority cost-effective and rapid deliveries of damages repairs and modifications. The Awarding Authority may enter into agreements with several national and local suppliers.
