The purpose of this contract is to supply forest seedlings for the production units of the Lorraine-Champagne-Ardenne Travaux Agency of the Office national des forestry in Nancy (departments 08, 10, 51, 52, 54, 55, 57, 67, 68, 88). These purchases of seedlings are carried out as part of the economic recovery plan announced by the Government (France Recovery) to deal with the consequences of the health and climate crisis in forests managed by the territorial direction Grand-Est.
