OPEN PROCEDURE, ABOVE THE COMMUNITY THRESHOLD, FOR THE CONCLUSION OF A FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT WITH A SINGLE ECONOMIC OPERATOR FOR THE AWARD OF THE CLEANING, PURGING AND VIDEO INSPECTION SERVICE OF SEWERAGE NETWORKS AND UNBLOCKING OF ROAD DRAINS IN THE MUNICIPALITIES OF ACEA P.I. S.P.A. MANAGEMENT IN HOMOGENEOUS AREAS 9, 11, 14, 15 AND 16 OF ATO 3 TORINESE (Pinerolo and Carmagnolese plains) FOR A DURATION OF ABOUT 24 MONTHS IN THE INDICATIVE THREE-YEAR PERIOD 2023-2025.

The object of the contract is the completion of a tender through an "open procedure" for the award, through a framework agreement with a single economic operator, of the cleaning, purging and video inspection service of sewerage networks and unblocking of road drains in the municipalities managed by Acea p.i. S.p.A. in homogeneous areas 9, 11, 14, 15 and 16 of ATO 3 in Turin (Pinerolo and Carmagnolese plains) for a period of approximately 24 months according to the quantities, conditions and methods provided for in the "Technical Performance Specifications", in any documents attached to it, as well as under the conditions provided for in the Tender Regulations and their annexes.

The contract in question is primarily to be carried out in the municipalities of the Pinerolo and Carmagnolese plains indicated in Annex A "List of municipalities involved in the contract" of the technical performance specifications, but as regulated in the same, to which express reference is made, the water infrastructures subject to possible interventions may in any case be all those located in the municipalities of the Metropolitan City of Turin managed by ACEA P.I. S.p.A. as contractor or in any case of operating entity in charge of the execution of the integrated water service.
