2. The subject of the contract is the preparation and transfer to the Contracting Authority:
a) comprehensive development of design documentation for the renovation of the building located at 3-5 Grunwaldzka Street in Wrocław, plot no. 81/20, AM-28, precinct Plac Grunwaldzki, together with obtaining by own efforts all necessary documents and arrangements enabling the implementation of construction works being the subject of the Documentation, including design documentation and other necessary studies understood as the sum of design solutions collectively referred to as the Documentation, and the transfer of proprietary copyrights to documentation (Stage I);
b) performing author's supervision during the implementation of works covered by the developed design documentation (Stage II),

A detailed description of the subject of the contract and the obligations of the parties are specified in the draft provisions of the contract (constituting an annex to the SWZ), guidelines for the development of documentation (constituting annexes no. 2 to the SWZ) and the decision of PINB no. 1856/2022
