The purpose of this consultation is to award a single-beneficiary framework agreement with no minimum or maximum in value or quantity. It will be concluded for a period of four years from 1.12.2021. The date chosen for the start of this period is the date chosen for the commissioning of the first equipment delivered.

The number of equipment is set at 42 multifunction copiers in 2021 to be divided into eight types of equipment. This requirement will be the subject of the first order form considered.

Notification of this framework agreement is expected in June or July 2021. This notification will be accompanied or followed by the first order form specifying in particular the first expected equipment whose commissioning is required by 1.12.2021 (42 units).

The services must comply with approved French standards or equivalent. The equipment offered will be new equipment for the first two years envisaged. For the next two, reconditioned equipment will, however, be considered. They must imperatively be compatible with the existing IT environment of the municipality of Issoire. The successful tenderer must: provide the equipment ordered, install it and put it into service on the various sites envisaged, provide all the consumables necessary for their upkeep and ensure the maintenance of said equipment. The estimate of needs over a comparable period is EUR 180,000.00 excluding tax. Over the four years envisaged. This estimate is purely indicative.
