With this procedure, the city council Izegem wishes to appoint a construction team for the construction of an event space within a two-stage procedure.

Based on this selection guide, it is the intention of the client, as the first step in the procedure, to arrive at a qualitative selection of the candidates.

Candidates will receive, in the second step of the procedure, the detailed award guidelines on which they must draw up a proposal and prepare it into a tender.
