1.1. Implementation of maintenance services for green areas, paved areas and buildings owned by the Municipality of the City of Tychy, administered or maintained by the Municipal Board of Residential Buildings in Tychy, through its organizational units, i.e.:

ROM No. I with its registered office in Tychy at 9c Arkadowa Street

ROM No. II with its registered office in Tychy at 41 Budowlanych Street

ROM III with its registered office in Tychy at 43 Cyganerii Street

whose scope includes, inter alia:

(a) maintenance of green areas: ongoing maintenance of cleanliness and order in green areas, raking leaves, mowing lawns, cutting off turf at curbs, trimming hedges, care of bushes;

b) maintaining cleanliness in paved areas and winter maintenance of footpaths, squares, access, access and internal roads, disinfection of substrates

in freestanding dumpsters, replacement of contaminated sand

in sandboxes;

c) maintaining cleanliness in the scope of ongoing cleaning of common rooms in residential buildings
