The contract is made in application of the public order code within the framework of a group of city / community of municipalities orders, for which the City of Sablé-sur-Sarthe coordinates on behalf of the members.

The purpose of the consultation is to set up a market for the supply and transmission of electricity and includes:

- the supply of electricity (including 50% renewable electricity) as specified in the CCP with a view to supplying the PDL whose scope is specified to the CCP;

- the role of balance responsible party in accordance with Article L. 312-15 of the Energy Code and as specified in the CCP;

- access to the public electricity distribution network and its use for PDLs as specified in the CCP;

- the associated services as described in the CCP.

The market takes the form of a single supply and delivery contract with a distinction on the invoices of prices relating to the supply, associated services and delivery.

The market will start on 1.1.2021 and end on 17.10.2021.
