The object of the contract is the supply of electricity, of national production and/or import, supplied by a suitable producer or wholesaler, for the period from 1 March 2024 to 28 February 2025 against a contract stipulated on the free market pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 79 of 16 March 1999, for an indicatively presumed total of 40,600 MWh/year with Guarantee of Origin certificates – production from renewable sources.

The presumed amount based on the tender for the supply of electricity (EE GO – production from renewable sources), subject to reduction (in relation to Spread and GO Fee), is equal to Euro 5,900,804.00 plus VAT - excluding ancillary and system charges and taxes - based on the GME PUN Index as of 12/10/2023 equal to €126.84/MWh.

Tender spread: €9.50/MWh subject to decline.

GO fee based on the tender: €9.00/MWh subject to reduction.

Total cost of raw material based on tender: 145.34 €/MWh.

The amount for the general charges relating to the support of renewable energy and cogeneration, the remaining general charges, the components, UC3, UC6 as defined by ARERA and the taxes for the supply of EE is estimated at Euro 4,060,000.00 + VAT, based on an estimated value of €100/MWh.

The total amount allocated for the contract is estimated at € 9,960,804.00 plus VAT.

The amount indicated above is to be considered as the maximum amount of expenditure, without prejudice to the possibility for CAFC S.p.A. to use the amount itself, even if only partially, due to its management needs; the total presumed expenditure is therefore not binding on CAFC S.p.A., as it may be subject to an increase or decrease, in relation to the trend in consumption and stock market prices or in relation to changes in the relevant regulations, without the successful bidder being able to claim anything from CAFC S.p.A. in the event that the maximum amount of presumed expenditure is not reached.
