This operation consists of the deconstruction and reconstruction of the current college (1979) including half-board, office housing, technology hub, externship, boarding, bicycle shelters and general education buildings. The latter having a current capacity of 450 students. The projected capacity will be 600 students. In April 2021, the requirements for this project represent a total area of 4,362 m 2 Su coupled with 3,966 m 2 Su of outdoor spaces, excluding office housing (560 m 2). This operation will be carried out as part of the E3C1 level of the E+C- label and level 3 of the “Bio-sourced Building” label without certification. Contract Notification: 1st Quarter 2023 — Projected Start of Work: 3rd Quarter 2023 — Delivery by: 3rd Quarter 2023 — Operations and Maintenance Agreement will be for eight years from the date of receipt, up to the 3rd quarter 2034 .
