The subject of the contract is manual cleaning in the capital city of Warsaw Białołęka District, including:

a. winter cleaning of sidewalks and parking spaces,

b. summer cleaning of sidewalks and parking spaces,

c. winter cleaning of bus stops,

d. summer cleaning of bus stops,

e. winter cleaning of bicycle paths,

f. collecting pollution from the main communication routes,

g. ad hoc cleansing,

h. intervention purification,

i. ad hoc snow removal along with sprinkling of indicated surfaces,

j. removal of snow cleared from sidewalks and other road elements,

k. Export of pollutants.

1. The subject of the contract is manual cleaning in the Białołęka district, including:

a. winter cleaning of sidewalks and parking spaces,

b. summer cleaning of sidewalks and parking spaces,

c. winter cleaning of bus stops,

d. summer cleaning of bus stops,

e. winter cleaning of bicycle paths,

f. collecting pollution from the main communication routes,

g. ad hoc cleansing,

h. intervention purification,

i. ad hoc snow removal along with sprinkling of indicated surfaces,

j. removal of snow cleared from sidewalks and other road elements,

k. Export of pollutants.

2. The Contracting Authority reserves the obligation for the Contractor to personally perform key tasks concerning:

a) winter cleaning of sidewalks and parking spaces,

b) summer cleaning of sidewalks and parking spaces,

c) winter cleaning of stops,

d) summer cleaning of bus stops,

(e) winter cleaning of bicycle paths.

3. The contracting authority requires the contractor to employ employees on the basis of an employment contract to perform the works:

1) winter treatment in Variant AL (referred to in Part II paragraph 3 point 3.2 of Annex 2 to the model contract)

2) summer purification (specified in Part III, paragraph 3, point 3.3 of Annex 2 to the model contract).

Detailed conditions related to the employment of employees based on an employment contract are set out in Annex 4 to the contract template.

4. The Contractor shall be obliged to perform the contracts on the terms and conditions described in the contract template constituting Annex 3 to the SWZ.

5. The list of areas covered by the cleaning works is set out in Annex 1 to the model contract.

6. A detailed description of the subject and quality standards of the essential features of the subject of the contract constitutes Annex 2 to the model contract.
