1. The subject of the order is the successive delivery of reagents / reference blood cells / control / cards / consumables for performing tests in the field of transfusion immunology, divided into three Packages (parts). A detailed description of the subject of the contract is specified in Annexes 2 and 10 to the SWZ.

2. Delivery of the subject of the order to the Regional Center for Blood Donation and Blood Treatment in Łódź (in the location at Franciszkańska 17/25, 91-433 Łódź) will be carried out at the expense and risk of the Contractor.

3. The conditions for the implementation of the subject of the contract are set out in Annex 8 to the SWZ (Draft provisions of the contract).

Reagents / reference blood cells / controls / cards / solutions / liquids / consumables for performing tests in the field of transfusion immunology using the microcolumn method compatible with DiaMed devices (Bio-Rad brand) being equipped with the Ordering Party. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is specified in Annexes 2 and 10 to the SWZ.

Reagents/reference cells/consumables for transfusion immunology compatible with the Beckman Coulter PK 7300 analyzer equipped with the Ordering Party. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is specified in Annexes 2 and 10 to the SWZ.

Reagents/controls/consumables for performing tests in the field of flow cytometry compatible with the Facs Calibur flow cytometer from Becton Dickinson being in the Ordering Party's equipment. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is specified in Annexes 2 and 10 to the SWZ.
