- Planning services for swimming pools (stainless steel)

- Planning services for technical equipment

At a minimum, the architectural services of service levels 1 and 2 are awarded. In the event that they are commissioned, further service phases will be commissioned in whole or in part according to the following stages:
Stage 1: Work phases 1-2,
Stage 2: Work phases 3-4,
Stage 3: Work phases 5-7
Stage 4: Work phases 8-9.
The contractor is not entitled to the commissioning of further services and individual stages (in whole or in part). No additional fee claims can be asserted from the step-by-step commissioning.
